This is a very diverse group. I love that we are from very different backgrounds, locations and time zones, but are still able to function perfectly as a team.
How long have you worked at Examity?
Since November of 2019.
What work do you do here, and why do you find it gratifying?
I work as an architect for PBS and ISS software scrum teams. I find my work gratifying for several reasons. First of all, it is very engaging. There are plenty of opportunities to solve new and interesting problems every sprint. Secondly, I can regularly work on projects which directly enhance our test-taker’s proctoring experience. And of course, working with my talented teammates is very rewarding.
Why do you love working with your colleagues?
This is a very diverse group. I love that we are from very different backgrounds, locations and time zones, but are still able to function perfectly as a team. There are plenty of meaningful collaborations and communications, plus, I learn new things from my colleagues every day.
What was the biggest unexpected challenge you faced when first starting with Examity?
I did not encounter any unexpected challenges when I first started with Examity: the onboarding process was great, and I felt very welcomed. Hurdles came about three months later, when COVID first hit. However, we ultimately adapted to the new remote working style very smoothly and have produced great work.
