What is your role at Examity, and why do you find it gratifying?
I started my journey with Examity as a proctor, and was later promoted to Human Resources. Now, my role is Senior People Partner Communications. I find it gratifying because it’s been a step-by-step learning process for me.
Why do you love working with your colleagues?
Having a well-put-together team starts from the top, and I’m fortunate to have such an amazing team! I absolutely love the teamwork and the respect that we all have for one another. It’s fun working with happy people who love where they work, and I see that positive vibe and energy all day. I also like having the space to express my thoughts and views with them.
What have you learned since starting with Examity?
I learned proctoring when I first started with Examity, and within five months, I was then moved to Human Resources. Hiring three hundred-plus employees in our region in a short period of time was a great experience, and I gained many management skills. I feel thankful for all of the knowledge and support that different teams have given me over the years, which allowed me to grow into my current position: I can extend my arms and support teams seamlessly.
What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
Accept new challenges, create goals for yourself, and try to be a role model for others.
Fun fact your colleagues might not know about you.
One of my interests is learning new languages! During my master’s abroad, I learned Italian, along with other languages. I can also understand some German.
