I’ve been working at Examity for 1.5 years.
What is your role at Examity, and why do you find it gratifying?
My role is Director of Engineering. I find it gratifying because it gives me an opportunity to continuously learn from, and improve, people, process, and product challenges. I get to work with many talented and kind individuals from different cross-functional teams. We all contribute to organizational development and desire to create a positive impact on customers.
Why do you love working with your colleagues?
My colleagues are committed to Examity’s mission, and they’re always ready to give their best to achieve business goals while making the workplace fun! It’s also been a great learning experience getting to work with so many diverse team members from all over the world.
What have you learned since starting with Examity?
I’ve learned so much since starting with Examity! When I first joined, we started with an almost clean slate. We’ve come a long way since then because of every team member’s help, and we’re able to see results due to how frequently and quickly we make releases and address customer needs.
What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
Come and join us, and see how work can be both gratifying and fun!
