I have been working at Examity for 7 years.
What is your role at Examity, and why do you find it gratifying?
I work as an Implementation Team Lead/Lead Software Engineer, and I develop and test applications. I find my role gratifying because I get to find solutions to tough challenges. It’s fulfilling to learn how to resolve any issue that comes my way!
Why do you love working with your colleagues?
My colleagues are my friends, and also like a second family. I have learned so much from them, and they have learned from me. They are always there to help me through challenges and assist me in solving problems, and I happily do the same for them.
What was the most unexpected challenge that you faced when first starting with Examity?
When I first started at Examity, it was a little challenging learning how to integrate clients with learning management systems. At the same time, my team had been assigned to convert a large number of clients of a defunct online proctoring service to Examity in a short period of time. I was able to quickly learn how to implement the integrations, and my team and I worked together to convert the clients and leave them feeling content!
What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
For prospective developers at Examity, it’s best to have complete knowledge of the application and the database structure. That way, you can pick up any tasks given to you and easily find the appropriate solution. Also, having that knowledge will allow you to best advise clients.

I like to cook! I’m a vegetarian, so I love cooking vegetarian recipes!
