I’ve been working at Examity for 8 years and 6 months.

What is your role at Examity, and why do you find it gratifying?
I work as a Proctoring Team Lead. I find it gratifying because this role has taught me many things. For example, I’ve had the opportunity to learn leadership skills through my managers, along with the best ways to handle teams. 

 Why do you love working with your colleagues?
I love working with my colleagues because they’re very supportive and creative – they always come up with new and innovative ideas!

 What have you learned since starting with Examity?
I’ve been able to learn so much here – not just through my role, but since starting with Examity. I’ve learned how to become better at multitasking, as well as great customer service skills. I’ve also learned that the only way to truly improve your work is to really focus and concentrate on it, and to always give 100%.

What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
Be ready to showcase your skills, and know that you’ll grow as Examity grows.
