How long have you worked at Examity?
I’ve been working at Examity for 9 years.

What is your role at Examity, and why do you find it gratifying?
I initially began working at Examity as a proctor. Now, I’m a location manager on the operations team. I find it gratifying because I enjoy mentoring team members and helping them achieve their career goals. I’m also grateful that I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of Examity’s journey since its inception and experience its remarkable growth.

Why do you love working with your colleagues?
My colleagues are wonderful! They’re highly skilled, always open to listening, and will offer help when needed. My team and I often learn from one another and overcome challenges together. 

What have you learned since starting with Examity?
I’ve learned so much during my incredible journey at Examity, including the importance of having a long-term vision and being analytical. I’ve also learned the best ways to drive positive results.

What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
Plan for a long-term career at Examity, and be goal-oriented. I also advise prospective employees to be open to learning new skills, and asking for help when they need it.

Fun fact your colleagues might not know about you.
I’d like to think that I’m pretty good at cooking! I enjoy cooking a variety of dishes. My mother will sometimes help me cook too, which I greatly appreciate. 

When I’m not at Examity, I’m probably___.
…riding bikes, or driving. I also like spending time with my family, and exploring new places.
