How long have you worked at Examity?
I joined Examity at the beginning of March 2022. 

What is your role at Examity, and why do you find it gratifying?
I am the People Coordinator here at Examity, and I find this role gratifying because of the collaboration. Everyone shares a similar vision and is dedicated to Examity’s mission.

What was your onboarding experience like at Examity?
My onboarding experience at Examity was great! I felt very welcomed, and I was provided with all the tools I needed to succeed.

 Why do you love working with your colleagues?
I love working with my colleagues because I get to work with professionals that I can learn from and who will push me to take on new challenges. 

What was the most unexpected challenge that you faced when first starting with Examity?
This was not really a challenge I faced, but more of a shock. I was surprised at how diverse Examity is. During my first week, I met a handful of people, and most of them were of a different race/ethnicity. It was nice to see a mixture of different backgrounds.

What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
My advice would be that while it is important to work towards the company’s goals, they should also have their own professional and personal goals. These will add a lot to the company and benefit the personal development of the prospective employee.  

Fun fact your colleagues might not know about you.
I started college at the age of 16! I’ve always been the youngest in my class and in my groups of friends. But, I never minded being the youngest, because I felt like I had more time to do certain things and to gain more experiences.
