My colleagues at Examity are the best! Even working remotely, I’ve developed great relationships and friendships with so many people, and I look forward to continuing to build on those as I begin to visit the Newton office more regularly.

How long have you worked at Examity?
I’ve been with Examity for a little more than a year, and wow, has time flown!

What is your role at Examity, and why do you find it gratifying?
My official title is Quality Assurance & Service Excellence Manager, which is a fancy way of saying I oversee the quality of our proctoring and auditing processes to ensure we are providing top-notch service. I started at Examity when everything was remote, yet I never felt isolated. I was quickly welcomed and made to feel like a part of the team. One of my favorite roles is helping out the other teams in providing the breakdown of a proctored exam and delivering a detailed analysis, which can be shared with a client and used to improve our process.

Why do you love working with your colleagues?

Fun fact your colleagues might not know about you.
I love to craft! I can often be found knitting a new stuffed animal or blanket. I also have a Cricut (digital die cut machine), so I create all kinds of t-shirts, mugs, trinkets, and more. I have an extensive collection of craft tools – from glue guns and paper cutters to hand saws, drills, and staple guns.

When I’m not at Examity, I’m probably ___.
…spending time with my family. I live around the corner from my parents’ place, where everyone gathers regularly. A Sunday dinner could be anywhere between ten and twenty people. I have two daughters, six nieces, four nephews, and I just had my first grandson in March!
