How long have you worked at Examity?
Since October of 2019.
What work do you do here, and why do you find it gratifying?
I am a project manager on the implementations team, where I work with clients to integrate their test platforms with Examity. My goal is to deliver a great customer experience throughout this process and ensure our clients are well prepared to use Examity. I want to set up all of our users for a smooth online proctoring and exam experience.
Why do you love working with your colleagues?
Everyone comes from very diverse backgrounds, and we all bring unique perspectives into our work. This allows us to not only be more successful in our projects, but in our culture. We are all committed to making Examity an even better place to be.
What was the biggest unexpected challenge you faced when first starting with Examity?
This was not necessarily when I first started, but I think adjusting to life during the pandemic was initially a challenge, because everything was so up in the air. Remote work can still be tough at times, but all of us have established a good system for working at home in 2021. Learning and adapting to this new situation has helped Examity become a more comprehensive unit. It really brought the company closer together.
What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
There is never a dull moment at Examity. If you like being part of a growing company with a fast-paced environment, then Examity is the perfect place for you.
