How long have you worked at Examity?
I have been working at Examity for over 2½ years. At first, Examity was one of my copywriting clients. But then I decided to join full-time in April 2021 and haven’t looked back!

What is your role at Examity, and why do you find it gratifying?
I am the senior copywriter in charge of all types of content creation, including blogs, emails, newsletters, website information, and more. What I find most gratifying is the ability to establish the brand voice and then showcase it in a variety of different thought pieces, ranging from informal to informational.

Why do you love working with your colleagues?
Because they are the best! I am constantly blown away by the passion of every person who works for Examity. The generosity, commitment, and teamwork that is always on display is truly special.

What have you learned since starting with Examity?
I have learned so much about the world of online proctoring from my wonderful colleagues. The sharing of ideas and knowledge, even during the busiest of days, is remarkable.

What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
Be yourself. Everyone who works here brings special skills and a distinctive personality. We want you to be you.

Fun fact your colleagues might not know about you.
Originally, I thought I was going to get into sports media when I graduated from college. I interned at the Boston Celtics and the Fox 25 Boston sports department. In addition, I did play-by-play for the men’s basketball team and had a college radio show. But, after a long week helping Larry Bird at the NBA Summer League in Boston, I decided that watching sports is better than working in it…although Larry was amazing!

When I’m not at Examity, I’m probably ___.
…playing basketball with my older daughter or going to a playground with my younger daughter. And, when they go to bed, I’m definitely watching sports.
