How long have you worked at Examity?
Since May of 2019.

What work do you do here, and why do you find it gratifying?
I am a software architect, so I maintain the best software practices, help other people with their projects, and perform technological research. I love this job because I can help Examity and its employees achieve better results faster, and I get to have fun with technology at the same time. Also I enjoy the challenge of keeping things current technologically, especially when things change so frequently in today’s world. 

Why do you love working with your colleagues?
The combination of intelligence and humor makes my colleagues fun to work with. I enjoy collaborating towards a universal goal. 

What was the biggest unexpected challenge you faced when first starting with Examity? 
Frequently adjusting a lot of codebase right away. It was very much a scenario where I had to hit the ground running. It took a little while to get acclimated to this at first, but it kept things exciting and new.

What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
Prepare to have fun! My team has a great bond and I go to work every day knowing I’ll enjoy my work and who I do it with.
