How long have you worked at Examity?
I began my career with Examity in May 2017.

What work do you do here, and why do you find it gratifying?
My role is a mixed bag of managing some of Examity’s top strategic partnerships, in addition to developing new partnerships as well.

Why do you love working with your colleagues?
Everybody I work with comes from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. I’ve learned so much from working alongside all my colleagues here, and I feel that the collective experience we offer our partners is invaluable.

What was the biggest unexpected challenge you faced when first starting with Examity?
I had a pretty solid foundation in higher education, having worked in admissions and edtech previously, so I feel like Examity was a short learning curve for me. The biggest challenge was that my son was born 17 days after I started working at Examity!

What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
We’ve been growing like crazy since the day our doors opened. Every day requires an “all hands on deck” approach since this is still a rapidly evolving marketplace and company. The keys to success in this environment are to be flexible and willing to learn. If you can do those two things, you’ll do great here.

Fun Fact your colleagues might not know about you.
I’m a licensed pilot, although I’ve never done a 4G inverted dive with a MiG-28.

When I’m not at Examity, I’m probably _____.
…hanging out with my family or trying to keep our chocolate lab puppy from tearing up the house.
