Account managers serve as the resident experts on how their clients can make the most of their investment in Examity. They oversee the onboarding of a new account, offer consultation on how to best set up an exam on our platform, and provide clients with details around potential exam violations.
The business development team promotes why Examity is different. They engage with prospective clients on how and why to use Examity and answer all of their questions.
The engineering team is responsible for taking the concepts developed by the product team and bringing them to life. They are made up of software engineers, SDET/QA automation engineers, performance test engineers, and more and work with .NET, C#, Python, Selenium, TestNG, MS SQL server, Azure, and AWS.
The finance team oversees the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping, and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. They also manage and conduct all internal audits and controls, and tax and reporting functions.
Human resources is responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and offboarding employees. They oversee employee benefits and keep the Examity team connected and communicating across the organization.
The IT team is responsible for the architecture, hardware, software, and networking of Examity. They are made up of Infrastructure Engineers, InfoSec Compliance Analysts, and more. They work with Cloud IaaS providers, security software, and infrastructure as code.
The marketing team plays a critical role in promoting the Examity brand and mission. They engage and educate prospects, customers, clients, and test-takers about our online proctoring solution.
The operations team is comprised of support agents, proctors, and customer success managers. They work with our test-takers on a daily basis to help them with their needs.
