How long have you worked at Examity?
I began working at Examity on November 7, 2022.

What is your role at Examity, and why do you find it gratifying?
I’m a director of business development in the education sector. I enjoy helping people find solutions to the challenges they face, which is why I have chosen business development as my career.

Why do you love working with your colleagues?
I love working with my colleagues. We have such a diverse team, and working with them lets me look at challenges from different perspectives. I also enjoy our canine employees that come into the office every Wednesday!

What have you learned since starting with Examity?
I’ve learned that proctoring is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Each test has their own specific needs based on many different criteria. A lot of the success we have at Examity is due to our ability to meet the diverse needs of institutions and organizations seeking proctoring services.

What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
Take advantage of the hybrid set up, and come into the office when you can. We hold many fun activities for our team members throughout the year, and coming in person gives them the opportunity to get to know other colleagues.

Fun fact your colleagues might not know about you.
I’ve been a New England Patriots season ticket holder since 1996. I feel very fortunate to be able to see such a great football team live and in person!

When I’m not at Examity, I’m probably ___.
…traveling somewhere on a new adventure. I’ve been to 47 of the 50 states, along with several Caribbean islands. I enjoy experiencing new places and learning about them.
