How long have you worked at Examity?
I have worked here for almost four months.

What is your role at Examity, and why do you find it gratifying?
I work in Sales Operations. What I find most gratifying is assisting the sales teams with reporting and data in order to aid them in closing deals and meeting company goals.

Why do you love working with your colleagues?
Everyone has been so welcoming and accommodating, starting with my onboarding and continuing throughout my time at Examity.

What was the most unexpected challenge that you faced when first starting with Examity?
For me, it was the transition to a new industry. My prior experiences had come from larger, global organizations with different cultures than Examity. So getting acclimated and adjusting myself to this new business and environment have been exciting new challenges.

What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
It is a great working environment. The culture is one that promotes ideas and creativity to enhance the exam/certification process.

Fun fact your colleagues might not know about you.
I have attended some iconic/historical Red Sox playoff games. Some of the most memorable games include the 1999 Game 3 playoff win over the Yankees and Roger Clemens, the 2007 ALCS Game 7 against the Indians, and the 2004 ALCS Game 6 “Bloody Sock” game. I also had tickets to the 2004 ALCS Game 7, but gave them up because I was worried that the Red Sox would lose for the second year in a row.

When I’m not at Examity, I’m probably_______.
…watching some type of game – either in person at my niece’s and nephew’s games, at a live professional event, or on TV.
