I am one of the architects who initially helped build Examity. Afterward, I went on to do some consulting work in various industries and technologies before rejoining Examity as a consultant in 2020. I then began working here full-time in 2021.
What is your role at Examity, and why do you find it gratifying?
I work in the Engineering Research and Development Team as a Principal Software Engineer (Level II). My role as an architect is critical for the success of the product and Examity, because I serve as a liaison between technology and business. It’s rewarding because I know that I’m making a difference with my decisions, as well as with my ability to solve business problems using technological solutions. I also find it gratifying because I get to mentor team members and help them achieve their goals.

What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
First of all, be passionate about what you’re doing! If you love your work and set your bar high, the results that you want will come. And, don’t be afraid of unknown territories. They make your journey challenging and fun. Also, because Examity has such an open culture, always reach out and ask for help if you need it, and provide suggestions and ideas.
Fun fact your colleagues might not know about you.
I’m a singer and a BIG fan of karaoke! I love to sing Indian music. Besides that, I’m also a fierce competitor on the sports field.
When I’m not at Examity, I’m probably ___.
