Position Overview
The Senior UX Designer will be a member of the UX team, reporting directly to the Director, User Experience and will work closely with product management and engineering teams to bring concepts to life.

Essential Duties

  • Work cross-functionally with Agile teams to create engaging, easy-to-use design solutions that address complex business and user needs.
  • Participate in discovery activities, including user research, personas, experience mapping and flow charting to inform product direction and design decisions.

Position Overview

The Senior Software Engineer II is responsible for working with all elements of our solution, including the front and back end, to enhance, optimize and expand Examity’s leading online proctoring solution. The candidate is required to be proficient with JavaScript libraries, specifically including Angular (8+), TypeScript, JSON, JQuery, PrimeNG, NodeJS, Python and Go. Position Overview
The Senior Product Manager Examity will play a crucial role in shaping our product vision and roadmap. We are looking for a talented product leader willing to take a hands-on approach to help scale and grow our organization.

  • Develop a deep understanding of users’ workflows and needs, our competition, and business objectives to drive strategy, roadmap, and user stories.

Position Overview
Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, the Sales Engineer will assist the business development teams in a pre-sales role, helping to manage and close new business opportunities. In addition, this role will partner with the engineering team to convey requirements and technical options for clients and partners. Finally, the Sales Engineer will assist in educating Examity employees, partners, and new product users on our solution.

  • Administer pre-sales support for new and existing clients.

Chief Architect (Newton, MA)

Position Overview
The Chief Architect’s role oversees all end-to-end architecture including infrastructure, database and software components. This person will provide architectural oversight and governance processes with the team, application, and product to ensure consistency across offerings both at a business and enterprise level. We are seeking an innovative, hands-on leader who will create, communicate and drive our technology strategy. This position reports to the CTO.

Essential Duties

  • Work at the intersection of infrastructure and software engineering, and design and deploy cloud infrastructure using Azure & AWS.
  • Provide guidance to end-to-end architecture working across cross functional teams, documenting design principles on messaging and interaction across components.
  • Serve as the technical champion of systems and its interaction at scale.
  • Provide PaaS offerings that are easy to consume, elastic, secure, and reliable using commercially available cloud solutions.
  • Bring together cross-functional teams and build automation to deliver programmable infrastructure. Design the cloud and container strategy around SaaS Solutions.
  • Provide well-informed guidance regarding the application of the platform and other supporting technologies to assist in the deployment of public & private cloud service offerings. This includes developing the company’s public and private cloud roadmap and extending functionality.
  • Facilitate guidance on definition of done, examine test coverage with focus on scalability, performance and availability.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or closely related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in defining architecture strategies. Background as a chief architect or principal-level enterprise architect for an entire organization or a large portfolio.
  • Experience providing strategic technology direction and architecture vision, encompassing an enterprise view across a large portfolio of capabilities.
  • Exposure to large scale B2B cloud companies with global presence.
  • Experience with AWS/Azure and associated cloud technologies, Microservices, and DevOps tools and technologies is a requirement. Should possess building strategies for Cloud and APIs enablement and usage, with associated architecture concepts for security, native vs. containerization and multi-cloud abilities.
  • Expertise in building applications, solutions and reusable capabilities as well as integration with SaaS solutions using superior security, standard methodologies and leading technologies.
  • Extensive experience in defining technology blueprints and roadmaps that include establishing technology standards and policies.

Position Overview
We are looking for an individual who can design and implement security solutions and has a thorough understanding of security and compliance in a cloud-based SaaS solution. The Senior Data Warehouse Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale data intelligence solutions around the Snowflake Data Warehouse.

As an online proctor you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the integrity of online learning. This position is remote and paid training will be provided. Both day and evening shifts are available. Next training class commences on August 9, 2021.

    Requirements

    • Must have & provide proof of reliable internet connection and own/have access to a personal computer.
    • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
    • Must be fluent in English and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
    • Customer Service/tutoring experience preferred, not required.
    • Basic trouble shooting skills with both Windows and Mac systems.
    • Basic knowledge of computer software, online applications, Word and Excel.
    • Must have access to a dedicated, quiet office area (enclosed room).
    • Must have strong multi-tasking skills as you will be required to monitor multiple exams.

    • i5 processor or equivalent with minimum 8GB RAM (require proof of hardware).

    Position Overview

    The Senior Sales Operations Manager will work closely and collaboratively with sales, finance and marketing leadership to provide recommendations and actionable insight into the growth of our business. They will be a key part of the global business development team and have one direct report, a Sales Operations Associate, who the Senior Sales Operations Manager may have the ability to hire.

    The Manager will proactively monitor sales performance and drive accountability to ensure our business segments are meeting and exceeding forecasted growth. Additionally, this individual will act as an extension of sales leadership, operationalizing reporting and forecasting functions. As the Manager grows into this role, they will learn the KPIs that drive our business and have an important position in planning our future.

    Essential Duties

    • Assist in building our annual sales goals and assign team quotas. 
    • Track and report on key sales metrics to ensure alignment against overall goals.
    • Provide value-added reporting, creating KPIs/leading indicators with the team.
    • Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator and maintain data integrity.
    • Design and distribute customized reports and dashboards for all stakeholders.
    • Train and hold all team members accountable for their use of Salesforce.
    • Contribute to the creation of sales compensation programs and oversee the tracking of those programs.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of success.
    • Possess an expert level of knowledge in Excel and Salesforce.com.
    • Drive to define key metrics and apply ongoing analysis to produce actionable insights.
    • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Yesware, Docusign and Marketo.
    • Bachelors degree; MBA is a plus.
    • Industry experience in sales operations for a dynamic growth company preferred.

    Position Overview
    This exciting Senior Accountant role will collaborate with other accounting and finance professionals at Examity to help ensure no number goes uncounted. The Staff Accountant will support a wide array of accounting functions including monthly close, account reconciliations, customer billing, accounts payable, technical accounting research, and process improvements. They must be capable of working independently and with a team.

     

    Essential duties:

    • Support key areas of the monthly financial close to ensure timely and accurate reporting
    • Assist in the timely preparation of journal entries, supporting schedules and analysis, and reconciliations.
    • Issue customer invoices and ensure billing compliance with customer contracts.
    • Monitor accounts receivables and aide in collection efforts.
    • Manage AP process. Schedule and prepare payments, ensure all transactions are authorized and properly matched to supporting documents and resolve any discrepancies.
    • Perform technical accounting research and document positions
    • Identify, recommend, and implement improved accounting processes.
    • Communicate with the company’s outside CPA firm and assist with the financial statement audit and tax matters of the company.
    • Ad hoc projects to be determined as they arise

     

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
    • BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills
    • Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and juggle shifting priorities.
    • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with colleagues

    Position Overview
    The Project Manager is responsible for providing overall direction, coordination, execution and completion of specific projects to ensure consistency with Examity strategy and goals. Responsibilities include consulting, managing project resources, project management duties including time management for the life of the project, vendor management, and client relationship management.

    Essential Duties

    • Serve as a communication bridge between client business owners and developers.
    • Estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project.
    • Work with our India-based systems engineers to execute the technology steps to launch new clients, including customizations and integration at the API level.
    • Assess and minimize business exposure and risk on project by ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
    • Identify the scope and facilitation of execution of low, medium and/or complex-level enhancements from clients.
    • Complete other project management duties when required, such as timeline management, issue resolution, UAT, and initial client reviews.
    • Navigate project changes effectively, removing barriers and coordinating with a variety of cross-functional project team members.
    • Coordinate with other team members and implement resources as needed, in order to ensure on-time deliverables.
    • Provide consistent high-level communication to internal and external stakeholders on project status and changes.
    • Lead, motivate, and direct a cross-functional workgroup while being flexible in a changing environment.
    • Drive all project-related activities for assigned clients with attention to efficiency, timing and superior service.

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, project management, or a related field.
    • 5 years of experience with the implementation of enterprise software in cloud-based environments.
    • 2 years of experience in a team-leading role with direct responsibility for managing the activities (task assignments, budgets, schedules, etc.) of three or more team members.
