Account Executive - Sales

The challenge:
The Account Executive is the driver of net new customers and logos, and this role will focus on our Professional Services vertical. Through targeted outreach based on buying personas you will develop new relationships and proactively own the sales process to help customers expand the reach of their professional assessments through online proctoring. Through your passion for access to education, professional advancement, and test integrity you will work with our customers to develop their strategy for remote test access.

 What you’ll do:

  • Drive the new business acquisition strategy for your territory
  • Own net new customer from prospect stage through close
  • Drive new business across customers for the first 13 months after customer acquisition
  • Attend conferences and develop yourself as a trusted advisor within your space
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns based on your customer personas and their specific needs.
  • Partner with Pre-Sales Engineering on demos and technical conversations throughout the sales cycle
  • Ensure we are delivering excellence in client satisfaction, serving as an escalation point as needed
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to translate customer and market needs to the product organization based upon your efforts in the industry and understanding of your clients’ businesses

 

What we’re looking for:                         

  • 7+ years of full cycle selling a SaaS solution in a B2B sales cycle, Ed-tech or assessment experience preferred
  • You thrive in a fast paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
  • Commitment to setting clear expectations, setting up relationships for success
  • Eagerness to partner with all functional areas for a client’s success
  • Lifelong learner and the intellectual curiosity to continually growing in your understanding of our evolving market and customer solutions

Client Success Manager (Remote)

The Role:
As the Client Success Manager, you will ensure a best-in-class experience to Examity’s enterprise clients.  We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment and solving complicated problems, sometimes with limited oversight.

The Client Success Manager is a strategic and supportive partner to our customers at every stage of the onboarding process through the customer lifecycle.  You will proactively work with clients to create solutions to questions, concerns, and when needed work cross functionally to create a solution that ensures our clients success on our platform.

On the daily, you may find client success managers onboarding and communicating with clients, gathering and delivering information between different teams as well as tracking and optimizing customer metrics.

What you’ll do: 

  • Serves as a key consultant to assigned accounts, to support effective onboarding, complex implementation and driving engagement of products and services to new and existing customers
  • Communicate with customers to meet needs and long-term goals, gather and deliver information between internal and external teams, track and optimize customer retention metrics
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual need
  • Serve as a product, company and industry ambassador, keen on educating prospects and customers on the Examity’s capabilities
  • Understand client’s long-term vision and strategy and drive progress toward key metrics.
  • Be accountable for operations excellence and client relationship building.
  • Be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and working closely with sales to provide those leads.
  • Possesses a consultative and solution-based account management style.
  • Participate in client meetings, support the sales process, and on occasion attend industry conferences.
  • Owns client relationships, retention and client satisfaction
  • Conducts ongoing client meetings and business reviews to understand client need

What we are looking for: 

  • 2-4 years in Customer Success, Consulting, Business Development, Sales or related field.
  • Passionate about customer success; seeks to achieve extraordinary results through tenacious and creative problem solving
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast paced, team centric atmosphere and is adaptable in nature
  • Able to see the big picture and inspire customers
