Essential Duties

  • Manage wide-ranging partnership marketing initiatives for the professional credentialing audience, including, but not limited to, content creation and event management.
  • Support the professional assessment sales team in the outreach process to improve the lead conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
  • Track, manage and report on integrated demand generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, product management, and marketing team members to ensure world-class marketing materials are produced for general advertising, web content, emails, graphics, videos, and case studies.

Requirements

Principal Software Engineer (Newton, MA)

Position Overview
The Principal Software Engineer is responsible for working with all elements of our solution, including the front and back end, to enhance, optimize and expand Examity’s leading learning validation solution. This individual will work closely with product managers, UX, engineering, DevOps, and quality assurance teams both in-house and offshore.

 

Essential Duties

  • Design and build advanced cloud and mobile applications employing the Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Build, test, and deploy innovative customer-facing products encompassing a highly intuitive user experience.
  • Teach proper engineering discipline and practices, particularly using Python, while serving as a role model.
  • Contribute to an Agile team that solves complex challenges and builds quality software on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.

Position Overview
The Chief Architect’s role oversees all end-to-end architecture including infrastructure, database and software components. This person will provide architectural oversight and governance processes with the team, application, and product to ensure consistency across offerings both at a business and enterprise level. We are seeking an innovative, hands-on leader who will create, communicate and drive our technology strategy. This position reports to the CTO.

Essential Duties

  • Work at the intersection of infrastructure and software engineering, and design and deploy cloud infrastructure using Azure & AWS.
  • Provide guidance to end-to-end architecture working across cross functional teams, documenting design principles on messaging and interaction across components.
  • Serve as the technical champion of systems and its interaction at scale.
  • Provide PaaS offerings that are easy to consume, elastic, secure, and reliable using commercially available cloud solutions.
  • Bring together cross-functional teams and build automation to deliver programmable infrastructure. Design the cloud and container strategy around SaaS Solutions.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or closely related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in defining architecture strategies. Background as a chief architect or principal-level enterprise architect for an entire organization or a large portfolio.
  • Experience providing strategic technology direction and architecture vision, encompassing an enterprise view across a large portfolio of capabilities.
  • Exposure to large scale B2B cloud companies with global presence.
  • Experience with AWS/Azure and associated cloud technologies, Microservices, and DevOps tools and technologies is a requirement. Should possess building strategies for Cloud and APIs enablement and usage, with associated architecture concepts for security, native vs. containerization and multi-cloud abilities.
  • Expertise in building applications, solutions and reusable capabilities as well as integration with SaaS solutions using superior security, standard methodologies and leading technologies.
  • Extensive experience in defining technology blueprints and roadmaps that include establishing technology standards and policies.

Position Overview
We are looking for an individual who can design and implement security solutions and has a thorough understanding of security and compliance in a cloud-based SaaS solution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of security architecture best practices as well as a thorough understanding of the compliance and risk mitigation landscape. The candidate must also have a strong working and theoretical understanding of cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications.

  • Manage security review process (infrastructure changes, security group changes in cloud)
  • Consulting and guiding technology leaders on risk and control best practices associated with cloud environments.
  • Define security standards and drive adoption of standard frameworks that align with overall business and technology strategies.

Position Overview

The Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise to identify solutions for Tier 2/Tier 3 tickets in support of all Examity applications. This team member will provide a key role in identifying root causes of any issues, as well as pioneer new tools, workflows, and enhancements to improve the user experience.

 

Essential Duties

  • Work independently with Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues and support requests. Apply knowledge of relational databases, Microsoft technology stack, and emerging technologies to enhance business operations.
  • Analyze processes, identify process improvements, and build POCs for future process automation.
  • Support API integration and development across client and internal systems.
  • Identify the scoping and facilitation of execution of low, medium and/or complex level enhancements from clients.

Senior Data Warehouse Engineer (Newton, MA)

Position Overview
The Senior Data Warehouse Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale data intelligence solutions around the Snowflake Data Warehouse.

 

Essential Duties

  • Lead technical design and development activities to implement large-scale data solutions in Snowflake to support multiple use cases of reporting and analytics.
  • Capture business and technical requirements, perform analysis to implement solutions.
  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders and demonstrate knowledge of the Snowflake ecosystem, clearly articulating the value proposition of cloud modernization/transformation.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, a related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with data warehousing methodologies, modelling techniques, and SQL.
  • 3 or more years of experience working with Snowflake and its echo system, ELT concepts and tools, and creating master datasets.
  • 2 or more years of experience in migration methods, cloud data solutions, and designing and implementing a fully operational production grade large scale data solution on Snowflake Data Warehouse.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cloud technologies, such as o AWS – S3, Glacier, EC2, Lambda, SQS, Redshift, Azure – Blob Storage, SQL Datawarehouse.
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling semi-structured data (JSON, XML) using the VARIANT attribute in Snowflake.
  • Solid understanding of architecting, designing and operationalization of large-scale data and analytics solutions on Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.
  • Must have experience developing ETL pipelines in and out of the Snowflake data warehouse using combination of Python, C# or any other language.

Position Overview
The Senior QA Automation Engineer (Hyderabad, India) is responsible to extend and maintain our Automated test suite which includes coverage for front-end, API, and backend jobs. This individual will work closely with product managers UX, engineering, DevOps, and quality assurance teams both in-house and offshore under an agile process.

  • Lead day to day IT Infrastructure team in 24×7 IT operations in cloud SaaS environment

Position Overview 
This exciting Senior Accountant role will collaborate with other accounting and finance professionals at Examity to help ensure no number goes uncounted. The Staff Accountant will support a wide array of accounting functions including monthly close, account reconciliations, customer billing, accounts payable, technical accounting research, and process improvements. They must be capable of working independently and with a team.

 

Essential duties:

  • Support key areas of the monthly financial close to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Assist in the timely preparation of journal entries, supporting schedules and analysis, and reconciliations.
  • Issue customer invoices and ensure billing compliance with customer contracts.
  • Monitor accounts receivables and aide in collection efforts.
  • Manage AP process. Schedule and prepare payments, ensure all transactions are authorized and properly matched to supporting documents and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Perform technical accounting research and document positions
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improved accounting processes.
  • Communicate with the company’s outside CPA firm and assist with the financial statement audit and tax matters of the company.

    Position Overview
    The Project Manager is responsible for providing overall direction, coordination, execution and completion of specific projects to ensure consistency with Examity strategy and goals. Responsibilities include consulting, managing project resources, project management duties including time management for the life of the project, vendor management, and client relationship management.
