How long have you worked at Examity?
I have been working at Examity since June 2015.

What is your role at Examity, and why do you find it gratifying?
I lead our proctoring team based in India. Being associated with Examity since its early stages, I have had the opportunity to be part of its amazing growth. It gives me great satisfaction to see how my team members have grown in their careers at Examity.

Why do you love working with your colleagues?
We have an amazing team that is always willing to help. The culture of collaboration and mutual respect at Examity is hard to foster in any other organization. My colleagues have always stepped up to overcome any challenges that we come across. In doing so, we became better as both individuals and as a team.

What was the most unexpected challenge that you faced when first starting with Examity?
Within the first couple of months at Examity, we doubled our team size. Such fast growth was totally unexpected and introduced new challenges around the quality of our service, since we hold ourselves to such high standards. Though we were able to quickly overcome this situation, it gave us a taste of the fast-paced and high-growth environment at Examity.

What advice do you have for prospective Examity employees?
Examity is a great place for anyone that loves to learn and take up new challenges. We have employees who started their careers as proctors, rose through the ranks, and now lead teams with over 500 employees. I would recommend any prospective employee to plan for a long career at Examity, as this is a place with amazing long-term growth prospects.

Fun fact your colleagues might not know about you.
I started my career as a computer engineer. But, over the years, I have developed an appetite for modern history, world politics, and global economics. Now, I am thinking about building an electric car if I can find some spare time!

When I’m not at Examity, I’m probably ___.
…spending time with family, or finding ways to put my 9-month-old son to sleep.
